Water engineer with more than 35 years of experience in water systems engineering and management, Dragan has extensive project and business leadership expertise in Australia and overseas.
Dragan has held senior management and leadership positions in consulting organisations (MWH Australia, Water Research Laboratory of UNSW, Hatch Associates), a cutting edge cleantech company (Geo-Processors), a major Australian public sector utility (Sydney Water Corporation), as well as a leading multinational private utility providing water and wastewater management services in many countries around the world (Suez Environment).
Dragan possesses specialist technical expertise in a number of fields, including water resources management, water and wastewater systems management, stormwater, mining and industrial water systems management, as well as sustainability, power and energy.
Selected recent and high profile project experience include Coonamble Shire Council water supply improvement, McPhillamys Gold Mine Water and Environmental Planning, Centennial Coal Western Operations Water Strategy, Springvale Coal Mine water system improvement, Prospect Water Filtration Plant (optimising hydraulic performance), Ok Tedi / Fly River System sediment transport investigation (PNG), and Macau Water Supply Raw Water Investigation.
